Pectoral Workouts

Pectoral Workouts

These are the actual chest muscles. The function of these muscles is for the body by moving the arms and shoulders (embrace). The pectoralis can still be divided into the pectoralis minor (the deeper muscle which causes shoulder protuberance and a shoulder depression, in other words, pushing forward and pushing an object) and the pectoralis Major (the upper muscle that causes horizontal adduction and anteflexion; in other words, it emits forwards an object to the body). The slower the bench is pressed, the more the emphasis is on the front delta muscles. The movements consist of flys (horizontal adduction) and presses (anteflexion).
